This was my first time coming to PA Nails. I absolutely love it here! The staff are so nice and very approachable. And took their time doing a FANTASTIC job on my toes. They have a Variety of colors here, too many to choose from! ! I rate 5 stars for friendliness of them. It was worth the drive for sure!

I usually go out of my way to my usual nail tech about twenty minutes away in the next city over. Communication was super easily and she takes her time about my manicure. Still an awesome experience!

My daughters and i really wanted a manicure for our mini trip to Vegas so I took a chance here and booked an appointment. I was in and out within an hour or less. The employees are polite and don't do a lot of gossiping among themselves. They listened to what i want and gave great expertise advice. Damn good manicure. I cannot stop staring at my nails.

The new owner is HORRIBLE!!! When Jason and Kelly worked there I wouldn't go anywhere else to get my eyes brows, pedicures, or manicures done, because their service was PERFECT. But now? No way! The new owner, Andy, I believe his name is absolutely sucks. I went in to get my nails filled the new owner seated me to get my nails done by him but he walked away to smoke a cigarette which took 15 minutes. Then, the whole time he was doing my nails he would stop and start texting on his phone!! It doesn't even stop there, 2 customers had come in while he was doing my nails and they needed pedicures. He stopped doing my nails to go over and talk to them while they were getting there feet done. I was so annoyed I had to call him back over to me multiple times... THEN! As he's about to paint my nails I tell him I wanted a design, he tells me he doesn't do designs and I would have to wait 15 mins for his wife to do the design, which was the basic designs, nothing special. I was so fed up at the point I just got one plain color, which isn't like me at all. Anyway, bottom line is PA Nails used to be AMAZING when Jason and Kelly owned it, but now with they new owner, they are a complete disaster.

Been going here over a year now. Sraff changes and new owner are a upgrade compared to before. Wait times have increased and they definitely need more workers. Waiting 2 hours is not a good look and peopleven will start going elsewhere.
