I have been going to this place for years and moved across town (about 30 minutes away) over a year ago and have been to many places that are more convenient to me, but have not found anywhere I like as much as this place so I continue to come here. No matter how busy they are.. you never feel rushed and they do a fantastic job! Everyone is super nice and friendly! They are very accommodating to walk ins and rarely have to wait long even if they are super busy..

EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE...When I arrived i was not greeted and stood for a good 5 minutes before I sat myself down in a pedicure chair due to limited seats in the waiting area....I sat in the pedicure chair for a little over 30 minutes until the person i came with told me that “the woman with the ponytail” would be doing my nails after she finished her client. I waited another 10 minutes and was told to sit in a clean chair by a man who also worked there...As i was getting my old gel polish removed he looked up at me and asked if i was ok...by this time i noticed that half of my toenail was GONE....After that I asked him to stop, and that I just wanted my fingernails done instead...I sat at the manicure station for about 20 minutes...during this time I was not acknowledged and was not told when or who would be doing my nails so I just left...HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE..!

The whole time they were talking to each other not paying me any attention, not that I should have attention but he couldn't even properly scrub my feet cause he to busy talking. This was my first time but I think he was new. They didn't even ask me what type of pedicure I wanted, he got the sugar scrub on my pants. Then when I told him I wasn't satisfied. They wanted to attend to me. Long story short I have to go somewhere else for my pedi fill and wax
