I've been to this shop a few times now, and my nails have turned out well. I come here when I can't get an appointment with my regular nail artist. I have enjoyed great service, and my nails tech Ann, did a wonderful job! It had been several weeks since I'd had my nails done, so a fill in was definitely needed! She didn't say a word about how they looked. She just went to work, and my nails looked fabulous! I like the atmosphere there, and my wait time has never been too long. I'm going again this morning! 😊

I’ve been going to them for a few years now. They always do an amazing job. My nails look better than when I get them done elsewhere. They are always so kind and very fast. I won’t go anywhere else.

I've visited this salon a number of times, but my experience last week solidifies my decision to never go again. I had the most rushed pedicure and gel polish ever. The elder in the salon did both. I waited longer than my "deluxe" pedicure lasted. The nail tech next to me was working on a girl who had been in the middle of her pedi while I was waiting, and the girl was still seated, getting her pedi when mine was completed. It was an absolutely poor job! Then for my nails, my tech rushed to remove my previous gel, scrapping and ruining my nails and nail beds, then quickly applied my new polish. She got up and walked away as soon as she finished. I had to request she apply another top coat bc they looked awful! On top of the terrible nail job, the service is horrible, the salon is messy. This lady constantly gave nasty looks at the women walking in. This salon used to be top notch!
And the prices are high bc it is the mall, but the least you can do is a decent job...bc it is your job. If you don't need the money, the customers, and clearly don't enjoy what you do, stop doing nails.

If I could give zero stars I would. They are completely rude and your nails don’t last. Even if you are there two hours before they close they’ll send you away.

I have been going here for almost 10 years. They do great work, so I never go anywhere else. It's hard to find a good nail tech and they are definitely wonderful. Please don't believe the bogus reviews they have. They are awesome! You get what you pay for. Yes they are a little more expensive than some places but not much more and the work is better.
