came in this evening. got a full set and a pedicure. first of all. If you call asking for prices they’re going to tell you low prices and then jack the price up even if you didn’t add anything. The guy who did my full set sat on his phone and texted during it. My nails are completely disgusting. It was so bad I stopped him halfway through. My nails are crooked. Uneven. And shorter than what I asked for. If I’m paying for something to be done I expect it done correctly. I asked him countless times to fix them and all he could say was “I tried”. Now my toes. Love my toes but the girl who did them clearly had no idea what she was doing and had absolutely no idea what I was saying. I’m almost 100% positive she didn’t have a license to work on nails. Truly disappointed. Never will recommend. Steer CLEAR. Drive the extra few minutes to get them done correctly. I wasted $62 after being told me nails would be $25 (keep in mind I literally left with no nail polish) but was charged $35. My pedicure was $27 for 5 minutes of a massage and a basic $15 pedicure. This place is a joke and I hope someone shuts them down real quick for having someone who has no idea how to do nails working

I came in at 8:34pm wanting a simple polish change that would take less than 20 minutes. I was turned away because they said they were closed. Maybe change your hours to 8:30 if you don’t feel like working until the posted closing time of 9pm. You just lost an easy $20 and any future business from me.

If I could score a zero on this place I would. I called ahead to ask about prices for the acrylics compared to the gel. They told me a great price! Then I actually go to the place and I tell them what I want and all they do is clean up my nails and put a base coat on......... Then she charges me $15 for it!!! Are you serious?? Don't ever ever go here!

Took my mom there for her first gel mani and a pedi. The man that did my pedi was rude, and gave me the worst pedi I have ever gotten. Nail polish looked awful. The women that did my moms was nice but she didn’t seem to know what she was doing there. She couldn’t do a simple design of stripes and a heart, wasn’t going to fix it so I had to. Customer service is not a priority there.
