I went there today and it was awful. First they didn't push any of my cuticle back before starting. Second, they left patches on my nails where I can still see my natural nail next to the colored powder nails... Third, I asked her to touch up one of my nails (not to mention the many others) & received an attitude... Fourth, my nails are all different lengths...... I came there today upon a reference from my friend. I feel bad for my friend because this salon is making her look like an idiot for putting her faith and people that don't care about their job...

This place lacks customer service. You cannot explain what you want without being cut off and they do not offer any explanation of when you will receive services, they just tell you to sit down. I walked out after sitting there for 10 minutes and then as I am walking out they wanted to ask what I wanted done. I told them all of that in the beginning. Ridiculous.

Did not go there, was doing laundry next door. My daughter had no complaints.

The lady(never got her name)was very rough,she took off too much of my side nail to where it hurt when touched,also she cut off too much of my cuticle on my right pinky to where it scabbed over,and last but not least there are little Divets in the middle of each nail.
