I will start with all 3 ladies in the salon were very nice. The salon was warm and the front door was open, no AC. When I called to make the appointment I asked how much a basic pedicure and remove gel polish would be and the lady quoted me $23 and $5 to remove. While I was in the chair the lady doing my toes asked what I would like, I changed my mind and asked for gel and a callus remover and on the price sheet it was an additional $11 for the 2 so I calculated $39. Almost an hour after being there she didn't do the callus remover and I didn't want to ask at that point and stay longer (no biggie) but then when it was time to pay she said my total was $43. I said, but I didn't get the callus remover, and she said ""you didn't ask for one" I didn't want to go back and fourth so I just paid and still tipped $5. Then I asked for the flip flops, she said "your nails are dry you can put your shoes on" I didn't want to go back and fourth, I knew my nails were dry but I didn't want to put my socks and booties back on after just getting a pedicure. :/

I've been coming here for a few years now. I almost always get a chair right after walking in, great customer service, and very clean inside. I typically have to bring my kids with me, one time my son left his toy he'd brought to keep himself entertained. He accidentally left it behind, when we came back about month later the ladies in the shop had kept it for us. As soon as they saw us walk in they ran back to get his toy. I was so touched that they went out of their way to wait for us to come back. Will definitely keep coming back.

Rough edges, uneven lengths, badly put nail polish, I could go on. Everything I asked to be done was responded with an excuse that something was wrong with my nails or fingers or what they will look if she did what I requested. This ain't my first rodeo at getting my nails done, so know what am asking for.
Needless to say never going back there again.
Just moved here 2 weeks ago, so was desperate.

Thick uneven nails. Waste of my money. Never going back. The lady that did my nails was in a hurry and rude. Never again.

This place has no internet presence which I hate for them because they are so great! They need to be more well known. I stopped by one day to get a full set and a pedi and they took me in even though it was close to closing time. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole visit. Very clean, and the employees are super friendly. The prices are great too! I do manual labor all day and play sports and do art so i am very hard on my acrylics. This is literally the only time EVER that my nails have not fallen off before my next visit. I dont know what they did different than all the other nails salons ive been too, but the nails they gave me have definitely stood the rugedness test.
