I used to go here on a regular basis while I was in highschool and college. I had to change my original 5 stars to 1. It's very disappointing to see this place slide down hill like it has. Pricing is never consistent or accurate to the board, service is either extremely slow (nearly two hours for a fill) or extremely fast (10 minute "spa" pedicures). My nails we're constantly crooked, would peel, or pop off within days of the previous service.
Not to mention, my mother, who has chronic pain, has left this establishment crying on multiple occasions when she is put with anyone besides the owners. Her fingers and toes have been cut, burned, or ground through by girls who are not experienced enough. On our last visit, we returned after 4 weeks instead of our usual 3. She was put with a girl who always overcharges. My mother was charged $13 EXTRA because her nails were long. In nearly 8 years we have never been charged such a ridiculous amount for having longer than usual nails. When we asked where this number was coming from, the owner got extremely defensive and angry, and basically chased us out.
I hate being that person who claims they'll never go back, but with as many nail establishments as there are in the area, I'll have better luck somewhere else.

I wouldn't give any stars if I could. The last time I went ther, my fingers were cut and filed almost right thru. I was charged 13.00 extra because my nails were longer and had to be filed down. My pedicure lasted all of 15 minutes. And my big toe was cut badly. The owner could not care less when you raise a concern.i called him very upset and there wasn't even an apology. After 8 years as a customer I will not be back.

If GG allows me to give 0 star, I will do it. I highly recommend the owner improve the ways to treat customers. I came there to get pedicure yesterday, and the short lady with glasses did horrible job ( not even knowing her name ). First, I don't know she knows English or not cause she didn't talk much. Then, she did really fast, I couldn't believe how she could do it. Only 15 minutes or even less than 15 minutes to do my pedicure. I came there to relax but I didn't get anything. She was rushing like someone was pushing her. They charged me 25 dollars for pedicure, I expect the pedicure to be at least 25 mins. I have been in a lot of nail salons, I understand that weekend will be busy and staffs will do fast. However, even they do fast, they still cut the cuticles carefully. unfortunately, she filed my toe nails with the machine and cut 123, done. Today, my daughter asks me why I don't go to get pedicure done, it looks like a shame, and I tells her that I just got them done yesterday. I won't comeback there to get anything. Don't waste your time and money, go to another salon where they treat you like a customer.

Don't waste your time or money. Gel nails chipped after 1 week.
I tried Just for you nails only because I was in the area that day. I get gel polish on my natural nails every 3 weeks at another salon. I made an appointment and chose my gel nail polish and two charms.
First the charms were not put on properly so I had to come back the next day because one just popped off. The lady apologized and the charms girl came over and showed her how to apply It correctly. Okay no big deal it looks sloppy but fixed.
A week later 3 nails have now chipped and are peeling away. I couldn't get there Sunday and Monday they were closed. So now a week and 3 days in I go back to the salon and speak with the guy who I think is the owner. He says they are busy can I come back
I said no I can't I dont live in the area. So he said I would need to wait 30 minutes as I didnt make an appointment.
As I was waiting another girl came in and spoke to him apparently she just got her nails done less than a week ago and 2 nails broke. She also had to wait 30 minutes plus however long it took to do my nails as she was after me.
When speaking to the owner I explained that I get gel nail polish all the time and i expect it to last at minimum 2 weeks. That I usually go 3 weeks before I go back the salon due to grow out. He said no that they only guarantee it for one week! One week for gel nail polish?!
He then fixed my 3 nails but did them fast and sloppy. He did not apologize and that will be the last time I go there considering I went back 2 different occasions to fix there shabby work with no apology. They will probably go out of buisness at some point as they do a crappy job and treat their customer bad.

I can't say enough about this place and Hai! I'm always so happy with my nails...he's so good!!
