So impressed and sad that I didn’t know about this gem the past two years I’ve lived in Palatine. Dana did a great pedicure, my feet have NEVER been so soft. I’m always afraid of the grater they use on my feet, the last time someone else used it at a different salon they sliced my heel open. She did a great job. Kelvin was so sweet and made sure my nails were strong enough to withstand moving into my new home this weekend. He took the time to have a sweet conversation with me as well. Even though I will be a half hour away, I feel like I will continue to visit nails first for my nails.

I hate to say this but I’m disappointed with the nail job I had done. The employees were nice but the nail tech did not listen to me. I wanted an ombré with glitter and he convinced me to do dip powder and I went with it. When he was done I told him he forgot to put on the glitter and he says he can’t put on the glitter on top of dip powder. Then says that I didn’t tell him I wanted glitter. Not only did it tell him but I showed him a picture of exactly how I wanted them. The powder turned out lumpy too and I’m over all disappointed with it. I Paid $55 and didn’t even get what I wanted. Will not return here

if I could give it no stars or a negative -5 stars I would. this is absolutely the worst manicure I have ever gotten by far. I went in to get a fill on my acrylics with no chip on top like I normally do. All of my nails are different shapes and lengths and the neon yellow color I picked out N68 looked COMPLETELY DIFFERENT than it looked in the bottle. My nails look like bubbles and they are a horrid color and shape. I had asked to cut them down and they did, but so damn short that I can't even scratch my head. I absolutely hate this place with all my being and on top of that, I have a broken finger and asked the guy who was doing my nails to be careful but he disregarded what I had told him and worked with my finger the way he wanted to, to the point where I gasped and almost cried when he bended my broken finger back. please don't go to this place if you want a nice manicure.

I’ve never had my nails done so bad... Tina was a disaster. She didn’t understand English, she couldn’t speak English. The latter wouldn’t be that upsetting if she was at least a good technician, but it was not the case. She couldn’t provide advice which I was seeking (except for the repetitive “don’t worry”); she kept painfully grabbing my fingers (despite of the burn on one of them), she attached chips which were extremely big for my natural nail bed; she applied so much gel that it made my nails look unnaturally thick. Literally, in 20 years of using nail salons’ services, I’ve never been provided with such poor service and never complained about nail care.

This place is clean and very fast. Ask for Tina to get a gel fill. Her designs are very nice.
