I went to Deborah at D.Meredith in woods walk Plaza to get blond color and blond highlights done. When I got there Deborah decided to change it and did brown low lights instead. My hair came out totally the wrong color. I left very upset. I called her that evening and told her how upset I was and she said to come in the next morning and she would give me a refund.
I went back to the shop and Deborah said that she had changed her mind and would only give me back half. I refused to accept it. She is not only a terrible colorist/hairdresser but also a liar! The owner was nowhere to be found. I went to another beauty salon who successfully fixed the color which I paid for. Now I am dealing with my credit card company to get my money back. Terrible hair experience, terrible hairdresser, terrible salon!

Darlene has been cutting my hair for many years. Her salon is newly renovated and looks terrific.
