I think the negative reviews here were made by people frustrated with a Groupon experience (esp. the woman trying to use a groupon she "almost bought" or those who don't read the fine print before they buy) and should be discounted. I've been going to this place for over a year. It's owned by the sweetest couple and they always remember details about me from our previous conversations. I usually get a gel manicure with them and I feel like they do a great job shaping my nails and the color lasts for a minimum of 2 weeks. It's certainly not a luxe spa, but the service and value are excellent.

Im surprised at negative reviews
I think its both a cultural and generational gap that might cause this
The owners are a lovely couple husband wife very warm very professional
They have a grown college aged child in Marines, i noticed all the products they used were high end good quality and made in US which never happens
I also got a 15 min neck and back massage (its really deep tissue which i like!)
I loved my experience and will be back soon

Pretty crazy how polar opposite the experiences of everyone has been but I had an amazing experience. Wonderfully kind couple, parents of a son serving in the military. I can’t say enough how much attention to detail they had on my nails and what a lovely relaxing experience they made it for me. I will 100% go again! I went in using my groupon. The majority of these negative reviews aren’t fair considering the groupon had specific parameters as to when you could utilize the groupon, like many company’s do on groupon.

I was extremely hesitant about going to this spot after reading the reviews but in my opinion, they couldn't be more off! The woman and her husband were SO kind and took great care of my nails. I will definitely be returning.

I really don't know why people have left bad reviews about this place. I just left this place and the couple who own the place are some of the nicest people I've ever met. They did a great job welcoming me and my nails look a lot better than when I've gotten them done at other places. I came here with a Groupon and I'm extremely happy with the service
