Starla colored my grays and I am very pleased! I am headed back to get a perm and completely trust her expertise. Friendly and comfortable environment!! So glad I found her!!!

Awful. They fired whoever was supposed to do my hair them didn't bother to call me about my appointment. Drove an hour to get there and they just stood there n said "maybe they could call someone in school" if I wanted to wait around for maybe someone that maybe knows what they're doing?
So unprofessional. Highly do NOT recommend this place. Scattered. They couldn't even recommend another salon.
Horrible. Go somewhere else.

This is the second time that I’ve attempted to go to this salon. I Stood at the front door for several minutes without even being acknowledged. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Starla is fantastic. I always get compliments on my hair after she has cut & styled it. The salon is clean and her entire staff is super friendly. I highly recommend Starla if you are looking for a stylist at Lake of the Ozarks!
