Really great experience!!! Sue did such an amazing job on my hair!! My hair is so thick and has a lot of waves which a lot of people find difficult to handle but this was a piece of cake for her! I asked for 3 inches off with layers and a face frame and it came out just how I wanted!!! 100% recommend! Sues amazing!!

I had an amazing experience at Lords and Ladies Salon in Exeter, PA, thanks to the outstanding service provided by my stylist, Diana. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and valued. Diana's expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout my appointment, and she truly made me feel special. The salon itself had a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the staff were all friendly and professional. I left feeling absolutely thrilled with my new look and can't wait to return. Thank you, Diana, and the entire team at Lords and Ladies Salon for a wonderful experience!

Sue Andre at Lords & Ladies, Exeter Location, is a very talented and excellent Hairdresser! She has good aesthetic sense, in sync with Hair Trends and easy to work with. She has been my Hairdresser for 22 years, ever since I moved to Reading area. I tried other Hairdressers occasionally, only to come back to her each time! I would highly recommend her to anyone, who is looking for a competent and friendly Hairdresser!

Amy G. was amazing! I was nervous about finding a new salon after moving up here but she made me feel so much better. She took all of my worries into consideration and my hair looks amazing! I will 100% be going back to her when I get the cut refreshed!

Had what I think was the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. When I’m paying sixty some dollars for my service for a simple gel pedi and I’m feeling like I’m coaxing you to do your job, that’s a problem.
She gave me colors which were more winter/holiday colors based on the names of the lacquer and the color. I asked for something more seasonal and was told
That was all they had. It is almost May… I overlooked that and didn’t think much of it.
I was on my phone so I don’t know if she thought I wasn’t paying attention and maybe she could cut corners however I was still aware. So she scrubbed my left foot for callouses fairly well but noticed she barely scrubbed my right at all. I reached down and felt my right foot. Brought it to her attention and she said that she forgot to scrub that foot. Isnt that one of the main parts of a pedicure?
Then she was just about to paint my
Toes when I noticed a little black fuzzy at the side of my right toe. Pointed that out to her and she said that she tried to get it out and she couldn’t. At this point, I’ve had enough and told her to let me see the tool and I’ll try. She tried it again and it was removed with ease.
Will return for other services but will never be back for a pedicure. Better options elsewhere without having to tell someone how to do their job or check everything before the next step was done
