Im leaving one star as you have to rate in order to leave a comment. I had made an appointment for last night at 6. I showed up at 5:45 to pick out a color and everything. I showed up and there were groups of people haning around while one nail tech was working. Someone else started helping me at 7:15 by putting tips on my nails as i had requested a full set with gel polish. I sat with tips on my nails from 7:15-9:15 last night. As the nail technician was never told i had an appointment with her and was then given a walk in that took 3 hours. Needless to say i left that nail salon at 10:30 at night. Never in my life have i spent 5 hrs in a salon for a simple 1 1/2 hr process. Almost tempted to call and get a refund as i was charged full price and proceeded to tip. I would have left if the tips were not already glued to my nails. Never had such a horrible experience before
Update: ive now lost a nail and theyve been on a day😂🙄
Second update: its now been a week and theyve all fallen off
