Continued to ask me to get a refill on my nails, and once I hesitantly agreed the colors did not match. I called and let them know the next day and they were not apologetic and did not agree to fix the nails.

She pulled out an electric drill to smooth my toenail and started to burn!
She cut my toenails all the way down into each side, rounded, allows more chance of ingrown nails than cutting straight across.
She told me, "CASH!" when I took out my card, refused to give a receipt.
That's supposed to be against state tax laws but I would never get anything else done if I reported things people do everyday that they shouldn't. I need to report them.

Im a fairly frequantl flier here. All new faces at the salon? What happened to the other staff that used to be here? Overall, though, a good job by the new staff. Ill be back.

If I could put no stars I would... it was a waste of my money. Each one of my fingers are different lengths. The guy didnt put any acrylic on my nail bed and filed away what was there... so it looked like my nails were already grown out when I hadn't even had them on for 5 minutes. When I said something about it he said if I put more it will lift.. are you kidding me? I get my nails thick all the time and of course he made them thin as could be. First time going there and I will never go back. Dont waste your money like I did.

WORST IDEA EVER!! I usually come here and never have a problem besides one or two tiny cuts on my cuticles but today i went to get my PROM nails done and to say i was dissapointed is an under statement. It was as if they were butchering my nails! I literally had to come home and take advil to get over the pain and swelling in my fingers and toes because they cut them up so much around the nails. Not only that but not even an hour after leaving my polish on my ACRYLIC nails started to chip off so i had to apply a heavy duty top coat myself to prevent further damage (even though all i did was drive home from there). My nails are bumpy, un-even and cut up because they have absolutely no idea what they are doing. Never coming back and never reccomending.
