I went here yesterday for an eyebrow and lip wax. I have thick, full eyebrows that I have never had to use product on to shape or fill. I asked the attendant, Heather, to tidy up underneath and above. Instead, she butchered them. On one side, she pulled off the arch so it's just a shapeless, thin line. On the other side, she left the arch, but pulled off the end so it's significantly shorter than the first side. I wish I could post pics. It's devastating. If you are looking for an eyebrow wax, stay away from this place. It seemed like the attendant had never waxed eyebrows in her life to mess up as badly as she did. I have been getting my eyebrows waxed for years and have never had anything like this happen. Stay away.

Wonderful ladies who do an outstanding job. Very reasonably priced. Was voted one of the best nail salons in edmonds.

Long wait. Hurried service. Chopped off too much eyebrow and thinned them out too much. Was listening to music in her headphones the whole time. Just wanted to get me out of there as soon as possible. Will not return.

Love this salon! Large, uncrowded, happy to serve. Friend & I have gone every other week for years! Other salons sit you where they want; we always sit side-by-side to chat @ Magic. Fast, efficient, professional; I know these ladies by name. Waxing too! No alpha males here. You'll love this place! I've gone other places that are closer on occasion & always regret the cold shoulder. Love Magic 😉.
