I absolutely love this gym. I am currently with axiom Fitness because of the location but often come here with my friend. Everything about this gym amazes me, their customer service is top notch, I come as a guest and they’re so good to me and make me feel welcomed and even let me use their hydro massage. I have had many bad experiences at axiom, I wish I could choose this as my home gym but unfortunately it’s a bit far from where I live. I do recommend this gym to my friends and family over axiom or any other gym. Thanks Crunch for an amazing experience!

Very dirty gym. I used to like working out at Crunch, but I don't think anyone has vacuumed or cleaned the floors in months. In the weight room, if you're lying on a floor mat, the filth is appalling.
I forgot to mention that the pool is dirty, too. When it was run by Idaho Athletic Club, the pool was not dirty. I returned to the gym yesterday and although the floor upstairs was cleaned last month, it's not much better. Also, I will not send an email anywhere so that these comments can be addressed. Any manager should be able to "address" these issues without asking members to follow up.

I’ve had a “corporate” account for about 6yrs now. Even back before it was Crunch Fitness. I was happy to see the old club get updated. Wish that they had updated the staff as well. The gym is looking much better. Management seems to have been revamped from within. Great improvement as well. Unfortunately, the morning check-in front desk staff still needs some improvement. Chelsea is very rude, and won’t hesitate to demean the clients if she is crossed. She’s spoken to a few of my employees, my wife and even myself with disdain on numerous occasions. Unfortunately, I have not had time to talk to the management directly about her poor performance and inability to be accommodating. However, it will be addressed if I plan to keep my multiple memberships open.

There are three gyms that I would ever consider frequenting in the valley: Axiom (for its beautiful scenery, incredible machines, and many amenities), I
daho Fitness Factory (for its affordability, many locations, boxing equipment, and 24/7 availability), and Crunch (for a combination of most of the above)
Crunch is about as large as Axiom and contains many amenities such as a dry and wet sauna, a large pool, hot tub, showers, plenty of cardio equipment to choose from, racketball rooms, a dance room, plenty of weight machines, heavy bags, and a childrens center.
Crunch is much more expensive than Idaho Fitness Factory, but slightly less expensive than Axiom, but that is to be expected.
The machinery is in good condition, but I personally dont like the type of weight machines personally. They feature mostly Hammer Strength MTS series machines of which I'm not fond of due to having each limb lift weight separately.
I am most disappointed in that they are not open 24 hrs, and I prefer to workout late.
All in all, if you're looking for something that has more variety than PFF and is more affordable than Axiom, Crunch is a good choice.

I'm only 48 so the thought of needing hearing aids wasn't one that made me happy. The staff and Dr. Theobald were amazing. They listened to my problems and worked with me to find the proper solution that fell within my budget. Absolutely the Best of Boise.
