Love this place !!!!! Best nail spot in downtown Houston area and I’ve been LOOKING. Everyone is so so kind , they are ORGANIZED, they take their appointments SERIOUSLY as in they actually have you pencilled in and they seat you basically as soon as you arrive and the. IMMEDIATELY you’re offered a drink from the vast drink menu . The drink menu is really good and vast! Very VERY clean establishment, I haven’t seen a. Place so well designed and clean in so long. The prices for a regular pedicure is $30 which is in line with other places in the area that don’t come close ! To the amount of parking, the drink menu, the cleanliness, and the service . As long as I’m in Houston I’ll be here every two to three weeks and have no reason to deter! They also give 10% discounts to students , military, and medical staff!!! Definitely give this place a try I literally have no complaints.

Amazing experience as always. They offer a great beverage service with lots of choices of red wine, white wine, and even frozen margaritas! They also save your color choices to your profile so you can go back to colors that you previously liked and they have the matching shellac and regular polish for your nails and toes. Seriously my new favorite nail spot in The Heights. Today I had the pleasure of having Jennifer for my pedicure and she was so wonderful. She was very friendly, easy to talk to, and did a wonderful job. Definitely request her if you can!!

Let me start by saying this place is really nice and offers an array of luxury services. I would possibly return. My only issue is how big and busy it is, especially during the time of a pandemic. Therefore if i return it would probably be earlier, hopefully it would be less crowded. I love seeing how they were very thorough with cleaning between each guest. However, the techs spoke more to their colleagues then to the guests. And maybe it's just me. Maybe I'm just accustomed to my boutique style salon, where it's more private and I converse with the technicians regularly.

Beautiful space and great hospitality. I visited Milano Heights for the grand opening and my mother and I received the the best care from Ann, Vince and Ivy. All staff was welcoming, the space is extremely clean with staff constantly cleaning while working and the service is of high quality. We were offered refreshments immediately and were well taken care of. I received the best pedicure and my mother received her first powder full set with designs. We enjoyed ourselves, and I cannot wait to go back. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Milano is a very large nail salon (more like a nail factory) and I have never seen it not bustling with customers (not even at 9am on a Thursday). The customer service is really great and they are attentive and aim to please every time. The margaritas are strong and plentiful. I like that the manager or receptionist will inspect your nails before you leave to make sure you're satisfied and that they usually have 2 people working on you at one time if you're getting both hands and feet done so that it doesn't take 3+ hours. My only issue is that they charge $5 extra for a "special shape" even if you aren't changing your shape. Most other salons will charge this if you go from square to round or something like that, which I totally understand because it takes more time. Today I walked in with almond shaped nails and left with almond shaped nails. When the nail tech asked me if I wanted to file them down I told her no because I wanted to keep the length. She told me some nails were longer than others and so I agreed to make them the same length. At the end of it, I was still charged for a "special shape" even though the shape wasn't different then when I came in. The manager took the $5 charge off as a courtesy but he explained that any time you do a refill with powder for a shape other than regular square, that it requires filing and thats why they charge extra. In my opinion (and at most other salons), that kind of filing is part of the ordinary maintenance of the nails when you get a refill and I don't really understand why it isn't included in the price. Nevertheless, next time I go I will be sure to get my money's worth and alternate shapes because if I'm going to be charged either way, I might as well!
