This first time I came the people there were welcoming to me, at first I didn’t know what I wanted but then the technician helped me. My nails turned out AMAZING! I loved the color and the shape was perfect. I also got a pedicure the massage was incredible. I was so relaxed. The atmosphere around the place was so peaceful. I brought my daughter and her friends and they LOVED it. I definitely recommend this place.

I went in as a walk in today for my first visit. I was pleasantly greeted and was seated with no wait. I was offered a drink and they got to work. I play Spanish guitar so I have crazy demands for my nails and Tony the owner helped me convey what I wanted to my nail tech. My nails look great and the service was awesome. I had my nails done by them for the holidays... The facility is pretty and it stops there. The nail job they did was poorly done with poor quality materials that chipped and cracked within a very short period of time.(less than 48 hours) I’ve never had that happen at any other nail place. hey They were not friendly or nice or welcoming. The girl that helped me was rude and snippy. Needless to say that leaves me with no reason to go back. So don’t waste your money for a 48 hour nail result and to be treated meanly. I can paint my nails for free at home and get a better result. They should realize it pays to be nice. That might make up for the messy job they did to my nails and charged me for ....Either way. Find a friendly nail place that cares about quality and has a value for customer service !

This was my first experience at Pacific Nails and I plan to go back. The salon is clean and bright and the instruments are all peel-packed after being sterilized so I was confident they were clean. Jenny my nail tech was meticulous and I am extremely happy with my manicure. All my nails are all even and there is no ridge of polish against my cuticle (which I would inevitably pick at and jack up my nails). Prices are fair and they also have discounts for kids under 12 so I think I will go back with my daughter for a girls day out.

Tiffany was incredibly kind and did an amazing job on my dip manicure! I will definitely be back and highly recommend!
