So this was my first time at VIP Nails & probably my last. I booked an appointment for a full set of gels & that is definitely not what I got. The only gel product that used on my nails was the top coat, so I got an overpriced set of acrylics. I'm guessing they're just used to girls who might not know the difference. It was also an up charge to get the "no chip" because she was intending on putting regular nail polish on my "gels" 🙄 The only reason why it's a two star rating is because the technician was super sweet.

I’ve been going there for over a year and the very last time I had a woman doing my nails and pulling on my fingers. She was trying to rush through and do my nails quickly. I asked her to slow down and stop pulling at my fingers. She never did. When she was done I asked to speak to the manger. I told her what my experience was and the nail tech stood there rolling her eyes. The manager simply told me she would talk to her and charged my credit card. I told her never will I return the that place and she just said sorry. So I’m putting the word out that they really don’t care about the customer. Oh and did I mention they stop speaking English in front of me when they were discussing the matter at hand. I’m so displeased and I truly love the enoviromemt. I don’t k ow if anyone else has had this experience. I’m on my way now to find a new nail shop. And find one that people respect my business and myself as a human being.

Let me preface this by saying that location is the ONLY reason I gave this place multiple tries to get it right. I do a lot of waiting for my kids that go to Sandburg. First time I went was just ok, got a pedicure with a friend who frequents the place. Second time was worse, left with a pedicure that was sloppy and rough heels. Third time was God awful. Went for a mani with my teen daughter. My technician was friendly but not skilled, my nails look like a kid did them. My daughter was unlucky enough to get someone who obviously did not want to be there, didn't even greet her, just sat down, grabbed her hands like she was mad and started rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing. Didn't say ONE WORD to her, my daughter kept shrugging at me wondering what Twilight Zone we walked into. Her nails were uneven, sloppily painted and not even the same consistent shape. Three strikes, never going back. Save yourself the trouble (and wasted money) and go somewhere else.

Worst experience I’ve ever had in a nail salon. My nail tech at the front table was rude...as soon as I told her I did not want gel nails, her attitude started. She drilled my nails so roughly to the point I jerked my hand away from her, because it started to hurt. I don’t know if she was in a rush but she did everything so rough and fast! I get my nails done as a relaxing experience and I could not WAIT to get out of there. Absolutely horrible experience; I will not be returning!

Have gone 3 times to this salon. First time was really good. Second time, they forgot they sat my daughter and me while we waited in the chairs until I had to ask if a tech was coming. Today, I asked for a mani- pedi for my daughter as she is graduating on Tuesday. The front desk was rude, didn't listen, and my daughter did not get what was requested. Then, my daughter heard her tech start badmouthing me (She heard her say manicure and pedicure in English, rest was angry voice in tech's native language). I complained and girl at front desk just looked bored like it happens all the time. Will NEVER go there again! RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! I recommend staying far away from this place! Would give 0 stars if it let me
