Was given a gift certificate that had already been paid for. This gift certificate was not honored by them because it was "too old". My question is if it was paid for what is the difference? So you just pocketed money from my loved one that was a gift for me and your not honoring your own gift certificate. You guys are a bunch of crooks.

I have been going to Kim & Nancy for over 10 years, even at their other location. They will do things the way you want them to be done. If there is something that you see (maybe on someone else or have had done wrong to you at another salon in the past) or something you do NOT want done, they won't. They like to see the customers happy. There is usually a line, but that is because they are a lot better than anyone else in the area. To me, the line just shows that they are worth the wait.
