I went in there at 11 in the morning to get my hair done, (faux locs). She started doing my hair for like a good 6 to 8 minutes and stopped to do someone else's hair. Cool, finish her head and then do mine. Different people came in and she stopped to do their heads. She stopped my hair to eat, she stopped my hair to take another break, she stopped my hair to do her friends head, she stop to talk on phone. I dont know why I was so patient and didn't say ANYTHING TO HER, but I was patient and stayed. This lady finish my head 9 AT NIGHT. 9 O CLOCK PM. I MISSED WORK AND TOLD HER I HAD TO BE AT WORK BY 5 AM. THE HAIR STYLE DIDNT EVEN LOOK NEARLY AS GOOD. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Juana is a very knowledgeable hair stylist and she provides great customer service. She gives me what I want as a customer, while still educating me with what I need to know. She works quickly and efficiently, which I've appreciated so much over the last 8 years.
