Love it here. The staff is super nice and personable, I always feel like a VIP coming here.

Was not impressed. I went in today to get acrylic + gel nail colour done. First of all it says on their website that acrylic is $30 ( or $35 ) and gel nail polish is $8 extra. I was charged $60. I didn’t want to argue with somebody I couldn’t understand well so I just let it go. Secondly, in the middle of my booked appointment she stopped doing my nails to take off a walk-ins nail right in front of my face as I sat there waiting for 10-15 minutes with acrylics half way done. Thirdly, the tools they were using looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in forever, as they usually don’t look like that at where I normally go. Fourth thing… my nails came out to be mediocre.

Staff stayed late to get us in. Did a great job. Clean environment and friendly
