I am from out of town and Waiter on the Way was recommended to me. I am so glad I chose to use them! It is very easy to order on line, they even call if it looks like you forgot something that comes with your order. They give a time when your food will be delivered, and all 3 times (so far) that I have used them the food was delivered at least 15 minutes before scheduled delivery time. All delivery people are friendly and people oriented. (At least the 3 I dealt with.) I will definitely continue to use Waiter on the Way while I am in town, and, will use again if I return. Thank you, Waiter on the Way, for making my stay in Fort Wayne more pleasant!

The service before it hit mainstream apps. Local owned and loved. I've been using them for years and even years before the mainstream apps became a thing. Haven't looked to see if they developed an app yet. I just use the website.
Pricing is fair. Delivery drivers are always courteous and efficient. I've never had a bad experience.

Canceled my order because they couldn't deliver it but they was at the place picking it up. Not sure what happened
