Worst service I have ever receive. I made a reservation a week ahead and when I got there they didn't have the car I requested or any type of car that I could use. I had planned a weekend in San Antonio with my family. The only thing the staff member did was give me his manager phone number so I could call him and resolve the issue myself. I called the manager several times and did not pick up. By the end of the day I could not find a car in any other place since it was the day after christmas, so my weekend was not so merry after all. I would not use Enterprise ever again and I do not recommended to anybody else. I have to mention that they did the same thing to at least three customers before me while I was waiting in line.

It's quite easy to rent a car from this center. Very good customer service

Do not rent from this place. The company misleads people into thinking you can get a good deal on a car rental. It turns out there are a bunch of hidden fees that literally double the cost of the rental. Everyone needs to stay away from this location and Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a whole. Literally the worst experience I have ever had. They deserve a minus 5 rating.

The lady I spoke with was kinda rude until she found out I was over the age limit,... Yeah boo-Ya I'm of age! Then right after she had the audacity to patch me through for a survey ..... Bye
