Not sure of the quality of work but just calling to make an appointment the lady was very rude and inconsiderate. In the middle of explaining what I wanted she interrupted me and told me she was putting me on hold without even letting me finish or giving me an option. When she came back on the line and I was able to finish and ask if she could provide the service I was looking for, she responded “don’t think so, bye.” Work on your customer service and learn some phone etiquette.

I drive for this place the very best place for Nails Great Nails Great Pedicures Not Fancy but everything goes in the autoclave of which i used in the medical field to sterilize instruments They do it for everything and its all bagged all sterile ive never seen any place so sterile. The place itself is older but thats just esthetics not important Sterile Is Most Important to me and my friends we all love it here. prices very reasonable I drive as we know a million nail places but not like this

I moved to Reseda and it’s rare that I get to come back to this place. But no matter how long I’ve been gone there still by far the best gel nail place. Small little place but quality work!!!

I get it, I'm a man and I walk in a nail salon. You may think I'm waiting for my lady to be done. No one ask "may I help you" or anything. Sat there and waited to see if anyone would say anything. 30 mins passed and the workers and just starting new customees and talking and never asked me anything. Wow!
