Amy is the absolute best nail tech! She takes her time even if I walk in and makes sure I'm happy before I walk out. Tons of color options and she will even let you try out the colors before you pick what you want. Just came in for a fill and color today and it looks so great! If your in south haven and want to go to a beautifully redone nail salon where it's quiet and professional this is the place for you! Great conversation also! If your lucky to get in with her you will not be disappointed. 5 🌟 thanks Amy ❤ my nails.

Negatives:
I had acrylics tips for my best friend's wedding. My nails looked pretty mediocre.... okay at best. They definitely weren't the worst I've ever seen but they weren't good by any means. The acrylic was applied very thickly and it was shaped oddly. My thumbs looked goofy and were extremely rounded when viewed from the side. My fingertips hurt for several days after application.
I tried to soak off my nails after the wedding and they would not come off after several hours of soaking. Come to find out, this salon uses MMA acrylics on their nails which is extremely dangerous and was not designed to come in contact with skin or nails. (It's meant for dentistry.) It's rigid and does not flex so it can cause your natural nail to pull from the nail bed if jammed. I am now stuck with nails that cannot be safely removed.

Awesome service and Amazing work! I used to go to Top Nails all the time about 5 years ago. Recently I moved back to the area and decided to go get a pedicure. They provided the same, if not better service than when I first started going here! I can’t wait for my next appointment!

I love this place!! Earlier this year Amy started to do the powder dip on my nails, it is amazing! All of the staff is always so kind and if I go without an appointment they try their hardest to meet the customers needs! I highly recommend Top Nails!

There is never enough staff. They have to walk away constantly to answer the phone etc. If someone makes a fuss then they leave you sitting there and attend to them. They are trying their best but the issue is the need more people. I thought it was a one off but I’ve been back multiple times. Same old story.
