One car needs a new clutch, two don't have air conditioning, it's July, and I need to visit Mom in Virginia. Enterprise to the rescue--I was able to get a nice small SUV for the price of a car; flexible pickup that worked around my work schedule, and easy drop-off when I got back. Friendly staff, too. The pickup and contract were handled outside, and I felt COVID-safe through the entire transaction.

Everything about this experience of having to rent a car was wonderful. From the beginning of picking up to the dropping off. I would recommend enterprise for any of your rental needs.

Enterprise in Goldsboro, NC. They didn't have the car available I was suppose to get but quickly found another and gave a great deal. The staff their was exceptionally nice and helpful explaining everything. I would highly recommend using them and I will use them again if need be!

Enterprise needs to separate cars that have the odor left by cigarette smoke from other rentals. Rented a car on Friday, about an hour into my trip the scent sprayed to kill the smell of the cigarette smoke wore off. Spent 8.5 hours in the vehicle, listening to my wife coughing and my daughter and son in law complaining about the cigarette smoke odor. Also don't understand their policy of having customers to stand outside in the heat and wait for an agent to come out of their A/C office to help. Why not adopt the policy of wearing a mask in order to gain entry like other businesses have done.

I have been trying to reach someone at the Goldsboro location ever since Friday. I received a call from Enterprise around 4:00 but I was on the line with an adjuster. I asked the lady if she could call me back in about ten minutes and she told me to call them back. I called Enterprise back but no one took the call, it was about 35 minutes from closing but someone could have picked up and let me schedule an appointment for the next day. When I called Saturday it was about an hour and a half before closing, I didn't realize it until I looked up the number. I tried calling them for over 45 minutes and no one would take the call. Once when I called, I'm not sure if the call dropped or someone pick up and quickly hung up. I would wait in the queue for several minutes to no avail. I was finally able to get someone named Cedric today and he didn't seem to care. He let me know they were booked up and he could schedule an appointment for the next day. Cedric did say that if they had a cancellation he would try and get me in today. The tone of his voice was not what you would expect from someone working with the public. Because I'm going through an insurance company I have no choice but to get a car from Enterprise. I know for a fact that after this experience I will not use Enterprise when I personally have to rent a car.
