Mel has done my hair for 16 years - I wouldn't go to anyone else. She tells me when a haircut will look bad on me lol I've never had any issues from cutting, coloring, perms, etc..
Cendy has done my nails for off and on the same amount of time between just manicures or full sets. They always look wonderful and last!
