Technician who did my pedicure was great, but cannot day the same for the one who did the gel color manicure. Very sloppy and refused to fix the paint when I asked her clean around the edges so that it’s off the cuticle skin (peels much faster and allows water to enter). Expensive for low quality service

The service was horrible & over priced. I’m all for paying a high price for good service. The nail tech I had did a horrible job. You would think being on the upper west side they would do great work. 80$ for a silk wrap & it was awful work. Just awful.

VERY disappointing pedicure service. Performed too quickly and the technician appeared disinterested. I chose no add-ons: wonder if this is why?

Got a foot massage thought it could have been a little bit more pressure. But the gal was nice. And I was just a walk-in. Very clean place but very quiet!

Had a mani-pedi with Bryan who was awesome. This is my new favorite salon!
