Meghan was great!!! Recently moving here from Illinois and having used the same stylist for 10 years, I was a bit nervous. I provided her with a picture and she did not disappoint 👍🏼 I will definitely be coming back to see her ❤️

Great place to snag a fresh new cut. Bethany was the nicest cosmetologist I've ever met, and with online check in the wait time is non existent hardly. The floor was also neat and tidy. 10/10 recommendation from me.

They are always so friendly and they made sure to sanitize the chairs before we sat down. They didn't let a lot of people in the building at the same time and all had their masks on properly. I really respect and admire that in a business. Will definitely go again.

We have taken our two teenage boys here for cuts for several years now. Our boys school and sports schedule is pretty busy so we dont have time to schedule an appointment at other barber shops. Today both of them had their hair cut at the Alcoa exchange location. I'm not sure of the name of the girl that cut their hair, but she was in too big of a hurry and did not care enough to wipe off either one of their loose hair that had fallen on the back of their neck and ears. They came back with wads of hair behind the ears and all over their neck and mask. My youngest son came home and the girl completely missed cutting the left side of his hair. I had to cut his left side burn and behind his ear myself. I know that is a busy location but they need to take time for their customers and make sure they finish their job that they are paid to do.

As long as you remember to check in online and show up exactly when your wait time suggests, you’ll never be disappointed, but don’t forget to check in on their website in advance as weekends and evenings here can be very crowded. I’ve had my hair cut here every month for the last three years and they’re always very quick and professional. They do a great job with my children, and my autistic son prefers to have his hair cut here to other places in spite of not being overly fond of haircuts in general. Due to CoVid, obviously, you’ll have to wear a mask while having your hair cut, (children under 10 exempt) and if you arrive with more than five minutes left before your haircut, you’ll be asked to wait in your car. (This isn’t Great Clips’ fault, just a necessary precaution) As a man requesting a standard military haircut, they do an excellent job. Also, they offer military and first responder discounts here, so they’re strong, gracious supporters of America’s heroes.
