Melissa is great. Love my hair. Have been wanting some purple for a long time. We added some teal too. Bang area only for now, but next trip to Idaho can see me going for more.

I scheduled an appointment, which the employee failed to keep. I know absolutely it was not my mistake because I have the text that verified the time. One stylist was kind and squeezed me in between her appointments. However, it felt the whole time like she was trying to convince me the style I had shown her in a picture was not what I wanted even though it is a style I have tried before and loved. The result was a choppy haircut that is all wrong. I am resigned to having to continue to travel to Boise to get my hair done by a person I can trust.
Edit: To clarify, Ana did not keep my appointment and I was not impressed with Wendy's haircut. I was not aware they were not employees and their actions may not represent Melissa's talent and business, but as the phone number listed on this page is the one I called to set up an appointment, I feel it is appropriate to leave my review where it is.

Melissa, the owner, is the absolute best!!! Time after time, she has exceeded my expectations. I always refer all of my closest friends and relatives because she is the only stylist I trust to conquer any hair type and the difficult task of platinum hair! Thank you so much Melissa, for all of your hard work!
