I've been going here for years and never had a problem. There is a range of quality depending on the manicurist you get. But the great prices and location keep me coming back.

I have tried this place several times and really wish it was better because it is so convenient to my house but the staff act like they are miserable. They don't speak to you the whole time you are in the chair. My nails are crooked and I have to go home and fix them after paying for them. State board should really come and watch the poor quality work they do. Will not be coming back. What a shame.

I came here because they are very reasonably priced. The last time I came the lady did an excellent job on my eyebrow so I decided to come back. I was not addressed although I sign my name on the clipboard. I sat down and waited for about 20 minutes when people came in after me were addressed and taken back with their pedicures. When I brought it to his attention that I have been waiting for some time he was very rude and unprofessional. No worries I will never be back here again. Too many options to deal with such disrespect in an establishment where I'm spending my money.

This place is not worth going to. Went today to get my nails done today and when I got there of course there was a wait but I had to sign in and that’s fine I understand. My problem here is that no one spoke when I walked in nor did they ask me what I was looking into getting hell they never even told me that there was a wait either. But the worst part is as I’m sitting there waiting another person who had gotten there before I did went ahead of me. They don’t go by the waiting list that you sign they just take whoever jumps up first. NEVER AGAIN will I ever go there and I will let all my friends and family know about this. WORST PLACE EVER!!!!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I got a full set done. First i told her i wanted a full set, she went to do pink and whites. I didnt want that, i dont like the look. I told her no, i dont want that i want color (red, white n blue for the fourth) and just the tips done. She had an attitude the whole time after. She also did them so thin I had to be careful the next two weeks so i didnt break them. Two days after i had them done they were turning yellow. At my two week mark i went somewhere else for a refill, thinking the yellow was just the polish. The other place looked at my nails and asked how long i had them on. I told her 2 weeks, that i just had a full set. She said no these are bad. I could pop them all off easy. And she did. I ended up needing a whole new set. I am now working on week three with the new set, still white and nice. Just need a refill. Save your time and money and travel a bit down the road to KV Nails.
