Paid $35 for a gel manicure. My cuticle was cut during the manicure and would not stop bleeding. He put on two layers of color and it was splotchy. I could not tell how bad it was until I walked into the mall. I came back in and he put on another layer of gel and top coat which made them thick and goopy. At this point I just wanted to be done. Now five days later the color has come off completely. I could do a better job myself at home. Avoid at all costs.

Deluxe pedicure was mediocre. Didn't focus much on my feet, or massage them at all. Very odd. He massaged my legs. My nails look nice enough. Manicure was well done, but the massage aspect was lacking. The real bummer though is a nail tech made a racist comment to a black customer (he allegedly said 'f'ing black people' to a young woman who was wanting her nails fixed). Because of that, I will never go back.

I’ve been coming to this nail location for about 2 years now. Every time I come it’s An amazing expiernce! The staff is so friendly and the store is always clean. They take their time to make sure everything is perfect. The nails last for a long time. And there’s so many different options to choose from. I feel like a kid in a candy store!! Defiently recommend to everyone! Best nail service in the Springs!

Been coming here for years and usually its ok. Sometimes the experience is very nice and professional. However the last time I got a Pedicure here it was mediocre and an awkward experience. The polish was chipping in a week and the nail tech said my tattoo was "clean" but "retarded" so that was professional.
I will go ahead and say sometimes I get this lovely older "motherly" nail tech and she is very nice and does a good job.

(This is my husbands acct.... ) I normally don’t post reviews but I had my nails done at this place last week and had some problems with it. I came in and they fixed it for me for free, the guy who had done mine before no longer works there, and they let me get a new color and all! Vee is awesome! Great customer service.
