My second visit to this location was a complete disappointment. My appointment time was for 2:00. I arrived about 10 minutes early. At 2 my stylist told me she was running a little late and had to finish up processing someone’s color. 2:30 rolled around and I let the receptionist know I didn’t have time to wait around for who knows how long. Shortly after leaving I received a call apologizing for the stylist running behind. I let them know they should have called me before my appointment to reschedule me for another Sunday or for later in the day. They must have known she was going to running super late and wouldn’t be able to take me anywhere near 2:00. I expect more professionalism from a nice salon. I was offered $7 off my next service, but I was never asked if I would like to reschedule. It was also displeasing to hear another stylist talk about a previous client, and how much of a problem she was since 9am. I could only imagine what unprofessional gossip went on about me for walking out. Time to find a new salon or go back to the Douglassville location that I used years ago

Ashley B. Rocks! She asks what you want and she delivers. Ashley is easy to talk to. It's always a fantastic experience.

Went in for hair /make up for a wedding. Hair was nice despite taking a long time to do — make up was horrible. When I called ,the manager told me that we (meaning the wedding party) were late and therefore the original person that was supposed to do my make up had to leave. I was the first one there in the AM and waited a good hour before I Was even seen. Then she went on to say that they had other customers so they were trying to rush to get us done. Seriously? I was able to get a credit which I will probably end up using on product or at a different location. I have been to the one in Perkiomenville, which is a lot better quality!
