Be very explicit and ask about how much the extras will cost you. My mani/pedi ballooned from $60 to $169. Ouch. But happy Mother’s Day to me.

Update: my gel nail polishes are coming off! :(
I am so upset about this, especially my previous nail polish last for one month and this nail polish only last for three days...
I used Groupon for this place. In the beginning, the service was good and professional. However, the lady rushed filing and painting my nails... there is another client waiting... as a result, my nails has a huge slope when I wanted this to be square :(
I told the lady about this and she said no one will notice and refused to fix this for me... I am a little sad and fix this myself at home. :(

the lady who did my nails, she did a good job (Her name was Cherry )
But owner/management is very rude and demanding of more tip.
They need to know -Tips are based on customer satisfaction, not demand.
So be ready to deal with that.
