I love Paris nails. I've been going there for two years now and I love it. I drive 2 hours to get my dip manicure and pedicure. They last almost 3 weeks. Tracy is wonderful. I have had a couple of different nail techs other than Tracy and liked them
My kids give me gift certificates for birthday Christmas, mother's day from Paris nails because they know how much I like them.
I don't mind that they aren't Chatty I enjoy the peace and quiet. I just figured they are concentrating on what they are doing.
I understand some don't speak understandable English but be patient and give them time. You don't know their circumstances.
I've found them for the most part I to be friendly and asked if I like what they ve and tell me to come back if I'll have any problems

This was my second time at Paris Nails and I was seriously upset by how I was treated. I went in, after a 16 hour shift, and wanted a mani/pedi to relax. I asked them if they do ombre nails and the lady said "yes". After my pedicure was done, I sat down at the nail station and the lady began doing my fingernails. She put the first color on and then attempted the second. After about two tries, she THREW the painting brush on the table and got up and LEFT. She asked another coworker to do it. As he sat down, he asked what was going on. I said, "I wanted ombre nails because you guys said you can do them but I guess it is too hard for you to do, so I will just do one color". He responded, "thank you thank you". Also, before getting all my nails completely painted, I wanted my nails trimmed. I requested this THREE times. After he finished painting all my nails, he FILED my nails down. It was SO PAINFUL!! I just don't understand why I couldn't have had my nails cut or trimmed per my request prior to painting. Additionally, the lady whom began painting my nails walked over and said, "The other color was too light that's why it didn't work." At this point, I was silent. I was pissed. If she is a professional and knows about nails, she should have advised me instead of getting upset and throwing the brush. I would have understood and agreed to change colors. I WAS SO UPSET WITH MY NAILS AND VERY UNHAPPY WITH MY EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE. I WISH I DIDN'T HAVE TO RATE THEM BECAUSE NOTHING WENT RIGHT. I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS PLACE AND WILL LOOK FOR A BETTER PLACE THAT KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

they were quick to respond and got me to pick my color n everything but i couldnt understand anything the lady told me. she didnt talk to me at all and was very rough with me. she did end up cutting me and burned my finger with her tool thing. then when we went to do my color i had to get a different one because the color was dry. then when i got done and went to pay it was just about $50 but the board says $35...... and she had said it was that price because of something then after i couldnt understand her... idk seems fishy. my nails are in alot of pain now

Do not go here. Only went because I had time to blow in Iowa city normally go to a place in Cedar Rapids. Paid over 40$ for the dip to have them put shellac over it and have it peel off the next day I've gotten the dip many times never had shellac over it never had it peeled off called and they were nothing but rude. Spoke to a "manager" and she couldn't seem to understand that I live in Cedar Rapids and can't just come in there as you can guess I didn't get my money back either.

Mani pedi, did okay but uncomfortable the whole time and they didnt even welcome me or say hi, criticized my choose of polish and the fact i didnt want fake nails
