I just love this place its quiet and clean and the staff is so friendly and easy to talk to.its close to the eastern market and the downtown areas excellent public transportation D Dot and Smart you just can't go wrong explore and enjoy

I've lived here for 6 years with my daughter, same neighbors no riffraff, loud music or traffic. Its peaceful and safe. Only thing I dont like there are no washer or dryer in the units...

you definitely feel safe when coming here it is a gated community and you cannot get in unless you have a special code or special key but I only gave it three stars because they keep raising the rent astronomically but they are not giving any of the tenants any incentives no new anyting
