When I walked in for my appointment, they both ignored me for 10 minutes while they finished up their personal conversation. The owner previously told us that her hairdresser could do any type of hairstyle for a wedding updo. I showed her pictures of a braid around a bun. Then she tried to change the hairstyle with part at the top, which wasn't in the picture. She had no clue what she was doing and instead of admitting it she blamed me saying "I'm not going to make you happy." Today is my wedding day and I left the shop crying.
