I have been going to Spa Nails in Bonney Lake, WA. For many years. It has always been a family owned business. Tom is a great nail tech. And is up on all the latest trends and colors. He is committed to making and keeping his customers happy. I love and enjoy going there to get my nails done. It is also a nice and friendly atmosphere.

I went in with my cousin on a whim and she had been to the salon before so I decided it must be okay. I wanted to get the basic mani/pedi and ended up paying a lot of money for rushed service with a unhappy cousin. I feel I was taken advantage of because I wasn’t from the area and didn’t speak the language of nail salons. At the end of everything it was a open discussion in their language of what to charge me. I won’t be returning

I have been coming here well over a year and am a high end customer. This is the worst mani/pedicure ive ever had. The Bare minimum work was done on my feet. Maybe 10 minutes was spent. The lady clearly has no idea how to properly do a pedicure. She threw my toenails and excess skin into the bowl while i was still soaking my feet! The regular staff is currently on vacation. I will speak to them when they return.
