The staff is so nice and they help you when you need it. But they always run out of stuff so quickly.

Expensive. Poorly stocked and the girl is always "on break". I've went on three separate occasions during open hours and it was 'closed' with a sign saying be back in 10 minutes and it's never 10 minutes.
