I've only been here twice and I got to say I love this place. Their pricing is not bad at all like other places and most important they're stocked.

This place is... weird.. It just feels like everyone is looking at you and im a light skinned Mexican so I doubt it was a race thing cause I look white. But maybe the people who work here are only nice and friendly to those of the same race as them. Never thought I would still see that in 2021 but there ya go. Also the price are dumb high like I spent 40 bucks on some nail stickers and the FAKE stones I got. I've have good quality stones from other places so I know the difference. Just stay away from this place, the weird aura and the prices aren't worth it.

Do NOT attempt to buy online from Skylark
We placed an online order (over $200) on 4/10. We received an order confirmation email and they charged our card the same day. We heard nothing from Skylark so I called and spoke to them yesterday (4/20). I spoke to a woman that was very difficult to understand but she located our order and told me that they would have the order ready for shipment on 4/21. I sent an email to their sales email address confirming what I was told. Then we received a call from a man, who was also difficult to understand, and he told me that he didn't know why his co-worker did not tell us that they did not have 17 of the 24 polishes that we ordered. He claimed that DND had been out of the colors since January which is absolutely not true (many other nail supplies have the colors in stock). When I asked him why they had the colors for sale on their website and why they accepted our online order, he replied that he has nothing to do with the website so he could not explain it. He told me that he would cancel our entire order and issue a full refund that would take about 3 days. We special ordered some of the colors for specific Clients and we ordered other items we needed as well. Our business has been directly impacted by Skylark's incompetence and complete lack of customer service. We would highly recommend that you do NOT order online from Skylark since it is obvious they cannot package and ship online orders or provide minimal follow-up communication.

Might as well say no blacks. Very “nice nasty” Was trying to rush my shopping experience. When cashier rung me up she was “shocked” at such items I was asking for, and was repeating the prices and laughing as IF I didn’t have the money to spend on it....Left spending over $200 just to see the smirk 😏 wipe across her face. But never agian. WE need our own
