I went to Corey in the Dix Hills shop. She was amazing! My cut and color were exactly what I wanted. The staff at the front desk were friendly and very helpful.

Totally unprofessional and unorganized staff. I made appointments for 2 facials and when I came in the receptionist was completely condescending and unapologetic to the fact that THEY did not do their job in reserving my appointment. The receptionist then huddled together with other staff members talking about my mother and I directly in front of ya and in hearing distance. I left feeling horrible about myself because the receptionist put the fault of their shortcoming on me. I’ve never felt so patronized by someone that I was paying. Absolutely terrible experience.
