I usually work late so when i got the chance, i came to the salon at LEAST an hour before closing. My tech kept me in for 1 1/2 - 2 hours because she wanted to gossip about other techs at other salons, personal drama and dating, and trying to force me to say her work is the best and to say THANK YOU while also complaining that i kept her late. She could've said no. It's been ONE week, and 2 nails have snapped, these stupid gems she promised would last keep falling off and I didn't realize how THIN they would be.

Literally sat there for over an hour and just got home and my nails look all bubbly and not right and are still sticky.... I got dipping powder pretty sure the wrong top coat was applied. I will be going back early tomorrow morning they need to fix this! Looks horrible

I was a loyal customer here for ages, but they always did shady things like stealing my nail polish I brought in for my manicure and pedicure and tricked me into giving them an exorbitant tip by snatching the biggest amount of the bills I had laid out to calculate the tip and repeatedly and enthusiastically thanked me. They were also always very pushy with their services and far too aggressive with the waxing. Wednesday was the last straw when I went in for waxing and a rude man at the desk, who didn't talk, just motioned in a get-out manner for me to go to the back waxing room and pointed there. I waited in there for ages while employees saw me and passed me and ignored me and were not engaged in other things and could have easily helped me. I kept on stepping out of the room and waiting and asking the rude man at the desk, who kept on doing the awful get-out motioning to the back waxing area and pointing, but no one would help me. So I started leaving while two employees emotionally came towards me and I just shook my head and motioned "no" as I left. Funny how they weren't interested in me till I was leaving and didn't care till I was leaving. I go to Eterna Day Spa nearby now for half the price.

Worst service ever...i paid 60 for ombre worst ever.. I'm so disgusted i don't wanna write. Ugh

Worse place ever and worst manager . I have never experienced customer service like this....very very rude and don’t care about their customers because they have too many people. Don’t recommend at all....
