Walked in, no one asked me any questions. No one waited on me. I waited around for at least 20 minutes. Then as I was walking around thinking maybe I’m in the wrong place, a last asks me what I need and I said I wanted to get a manicure, she looked back at the one person getting a pedicure and said ‘not today’. There were two people in there. She could have said that long ago then I wouldn’t have wasted time in there.

Don't waste your money.. no one was there, i was rushed thru. The manicure was awful, worst I have ever had. I had gel previous, came into get a polish change.. she didn't get all of the previous polish off, hasn't any idea how to shape nails (I ended up filing some of my own to try and keep their shape). Applied polish very heavy and very uneven. She had to fix multiple times just to get it to be not as noticeable. I'll be amazed if my nails aren't incredibly thin now. 😡
