I have tried several places since I moved to this city. Not only did Michelle give the best gel manicure I've had in a long time, but she also made me feel at home.
The atmosphere was friendly. The shop was clean and organized. I finally feel like I've found "my" nail salon.
They also give customers a card so your tenth visit gets $10 off!
I love this place and I can't wait to go back.

I am new to the area and was looking for a new place to get my nails and pedicures done. I called at 3:30pm they are open until 6pm. They weren't interested in a new client!!! Told me they were too booked!!! I bet there is a tech there that could have used the money! I have never been told we are just too busy! Especially in a small town. I found another salon that was more than happy to take my money and they did an awesome job and were very nice and professional over the phone!!! I am a good tipper too!!! I would never go to Foxy Nails whomever I spoke with on the phone was rude as well!!! You would think in a small town that they would at least be professional over the phone! I guess customer service isn't important at Foxy Nails! You are in the customer service industry but you sure don't practice it! So much for Southern Hospitality!!!

My friend and I had appointments here to have gel manicures. Their color selection was decent. Obviously being professional isn't too important with this field, but they really acted as if they could care less that they worked there.
I noticed that the nail cutters and cuticle clippers were rusty. I got cut on my ring finger and it bled so she apologized. I have never had my finger cut at a salon before so it seemed like she was being careless. My friend had uneven nails when we left and some of them were at an angle.
Definitely not the best. The price is great but we did not have a good experience.

Awful. They did not do what I wanted and less than 4 hours after I got my nails done one broke for no reason. Completely bad experience. I will not be going back ever again.
