I have visited this nail shop a few times, and it’s always something. Here are the 3 strikes and why I’m done! Nails are hit or miss depending on who you get. Customer service, however, is dismal.
Strike 1: I booked a pedicure and went but still waited for an hour before walking out. No apology just oh well attitude, and she’s coming.
Strike 2: For my wedding, I booked for my nails and pedicure and the young lady who booked me didn’t show up to work that day. Instead of being apologetic, the man at the front was like, “You know how these young people are.” I should’ve stopped going then but..:
Strike 3: I went in at 6:57 to get a dip nail set. I was greeted with, “we are closed.” Yet they don’t close to 7:30. He didn’t even ask what service I needed. They don’t wanna make money!!

Great service and very professional. Both nail techs did an amazing job on my full set and pedicure. Had a bad experience at Wynn Nails prior to coming in this location, and I was instantly put at ease!

Tammy did my nails! She did a really good job. I got long dip nails with rhinestones outlining my ring finger nail. It came out to 60 dollars and was worth it! I will be back soon❤️

I arrived 45 minutes before closing and told that I could only get one service done so I went for my pedicure, while waiting for my pedicure I was told that I could get my manicure done too, the guy working the front make me paid before any service was begun (understandable as the were less than an hour to closing) my total was almost 100 only to have everything rush and done so bad. Word of advice don’t take don’t accept anyone in hour prior to closing if you are going to be rush and give bad service it’s okay to say no some people understand. Only reason I come was because closing was 7:30 and I figured I had time.

I have a filed a complaint with the BBB and NAACP. I have came here on several occasions. (Added: I love ALL people but some people (not all) dislike certain races) This is a TRUE fact about this establishment. I have tired to ignore the environment. But, I can’t anymore. This business doesn’t service African American or people of color customers with respect. The bottom line. My appointment was moved by the assistant manager. I made this appt with Michael the owner. I was on time. She the assistant manager doesn’t speak or greet any people of color. She has ALWAYS treated us differently. When I advise her to be careful in the current environment, because of her behavior she started speaking another language and laughing with her workers. I advised BUT Michael the owner AGREED and validated disrespecting people of color is OKAY. As an owner, he didn’t address his assist manager or staff. I’m sure, he is aware. If you are African American, Hispanic or any color of brown this Establishment DO NOT appreciate our business. Please spend your valuable money elsewhere. Added: Lilly who has always did my pedicure. She a very professional sweet lady. Lilly confirmed, she told by the assist manager to help a white lady, knowing I had an appointment with her. Assist manager told me sit down and wait. The assist manager treats people of color this way.....SAD.
