I've been going to first tip nails for 13+ years. I have tried other nail shops throughout the years only because of location purposes, But I always end up back here because They are the best!! They are worth the drive. Kim and Tommy's customer service is impeccable, they're super attentive and kind. They always find a way to squeeze me in when I need them the most because my schedule is so hectic I continually wait until the last minute to schedule an appointment. Their prices are at the lower end of the spectrum and very fair for the wonderful quality work they do. Foot massages are amazing and no one can shape my nails or do my eyebrows the way Kim can!I highly recommend them to everyone!

I walked in on a Saturday afternoon around 2 pm and was met by the very friendly owner, Tommy who gave me the best pedicure ever. No waiting time at all. would recommend the pedicures here. They are the best

I was recommended to this salon by a friend. When it comes to my nails I am quite particular about how I want my nails specifically with the shape. The moment I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome. I didn’t have an appointment and they took me in regardless. The wait wasn’t long at all for a Saturday. Once I sat down Kim asked and listened to what I wanted...and she delivered! She was very careful and detailed with the shape and color of my nails. I was very happy with my nails. It’s a small and simple chic nail salon wth absolute great customer service! As if that wasn’t enough they address their clients by their first name which is such a personable touch and they make you’re visit fun and enjoyable. The owners, Tommy and Kim, love to laugh and joke with their clients once they get to know you. I absolutely love this place.

service was trash. Nail tech argued with me for about an hour on the quality of my nails after a complaint about texture and gel coating and also insisted i was lying about my experience. both owners were very rude and disrespectful.10/10 worst nail shop in florida save your money ladies

I've been here about 6 times and the last two didn't go so well. One of those times I didn't have an appt., but was told it wouldn't be long. 45 minutes later, I was finally beginning my pedicure. ( I would've came a different time had I been told what my actual wait time was). The last time I went there, I had an appt. and Tommy was my technichian. He does a wonderful job and the foot/leg massage was not so good!! However, I mist always request a design be painted on my big toes and Tommy doesn't know how to do this. Kim does it. This time he looked over at her, who was working on a customer since I arrived and said to me, "she's busy, lets just leave them ". I found this inappropriate and unprofessional. If you can't do what a customer requests, then maybe you need to hire someone who can.
