We've made appointments here several times, and each time they make us wait around half and hour to get us in due to walk ins they act like you are crazy if you say something. We made the appointment so we could have a girls day and of course then had to wait longer so we could sit together. The quality of the manicures is adequate but they water their polish down with acetone so it never looks like it should. Yes it is cheap but go elsewhere

Urban nails is a hidden treasure in Avon. They provide exellent quality services reasonably priced. Great altrnative to the expensive spas near by. Support small local business!
