I bought a Groupon and set an appointment. I arrived to my appointment on time and had to wait 30 minutes because they only had 2 people working. The guy who did my shellac nails was so rushed that he messed up my nails. Then 2 days later, all of my nail polish came off. I called them on Saturday morning and the guy says can you come in now. I said yes, but it might take me a bit because of traffic. I got there in 20 minutes and he had left. There was only 1 person in the salon and she told me I had to wait an hour to do my nails. I said I would call them to see if they had time and I was not going to wait an hour. The third time I went, and again only 1 or 2 people working and she told me I had to wait an hour. I said why are you so short staffed? Then she began to argue that I did not go to my appointments. I told her I made my appointment the first time and they completely missed up on my nails. It is not my fault they only have one or two people working there. She began arguing with me in front of 2 customers making it seem like it was my fault for their lack of staff and crappy nail job. I told her I want my money back and she said you have to go to Groupon. I could not believe the attitude and horrible service. Don't have a Groupon, if you cannot handle the customer intake!

Do not come here. I had a terrible experience getting my pearl tip acrylics. I waited and HOUR for the nail tech to arrive while the ladies did my pedicure. The worst part is he did them in 15 minutes and they came out horrible. They were chipping even before I left. They also did NOT offer me plastic sandals. I had my toes drying for 35 minutes, and because the lady applied too many layers, the polish on my toes came off. That was a few days ago. Today I went back and asked to get my nails fixed and the lady said THE NAIL TECH WAS NOT THERE. And that he was going to his other job to cook! How insane is it that they do not have their nail tech at the salon?! This is a place for walk-ins and they cannot offer the services that they have! I'm going to a different place. I am not wasting gas nor time to go back and get them fixed there! No! Don't waste your time! PLEASE!

Got my nails done for prom and they looked amazing and were a reasonable price. The staff did a great job and they were very kind.
