Definitely not a good experience.
Called a week in advance to make an appointment for me and my dude to get a pedi/mani. Called in again the day prior to our appointment, a lady picked up the phone and spend 20min talking to me, first she couldn't find my appointment while having a hard time communicating to me, then she found it but it was the wrong time, then she put me on hold while completely confused about a simple task and went to look for someone else to help me. Finally spoke to another lady who confirmed my appointment for 6pm the next day.
Day of my appointment, I came in and a man was assigned to me, not the lady Kim who I initially booked for. Kim was doing mani/pedi for someone else. The guy was really terrible, he was rushing through every step and cutting corners. Kim was doing another women who sat next to me and I finished 10min before her and started 10min later than her. He also did many steps backwards: buffed my nail, then put on lotion, have me a very short hand massage and then started to apply nail polish. Um there's still lotion on my nails, how is the polish suppose to stay on the lotion? Completely wrong.
Once he finished my nails, he started to sweep the floor and then tells me that they are closed and that my dude had to reschedule for a different day, when I confirmed both appointments just the day before. I was furious, had to talk to the front desk lady to clear things up. Super disorganized! Then Kim had to stay late and finish our appointment.
Definitely do not recommend!!
